THORNTON, Colo. (CBS4)– What specific chemicals caused an evacuation of six homes and the closure of an elementary school in Thornton may never be known.
Hazmat crews were called to a home near 135th and Fillmore in Thornton after chemicals were discovered inside on Monday, including a small quantity of illegal substances.
