Broncos wrapping up “training camp” today, with their 2nd practice against the 49ers. Teams wearing helmets and shoulder pads today (not full pads like yesterday). Next week will go into a more normal in season practice mode.Before practice, 49ers head coach Chip Kelly said Colin Kaepernick will NOT play on Saturday.As for the Broncos, still no announcement on starting QB for Saturday.
