Caribou Ranch auction reaps $800,000, draws 1,500 bidders

Saturday's auction of rock 'n' roll memorabilia from Caribou Ranch, a recording studio in Nederland where some of the biggest names in music recorded in the 1970s and '80s raked in about $800,000, said Kimberly Blomquist of Leslie Hindman Auctioneers.
