Car Strikes Police Cruiser, Takes Off

ARVADA, Colo. (CBS4) – A woman was arrested overnight after her vehicle hit a Thornton police car and then she drove off.
The incident began at East 100th Avenue and Colorado Boulevard. Thornton police were called there on a report of a suspicious vehicle.
After they arrived at the scene the car in question rammed into one of the police cruisers. Two officers were outside their vehicles at the time but neither of them were hurt.
The driver then took off and police pursued it to 80th Avenue
