Car Smashes Through Back Yard, Creates Storm-Like Damage

DENVER (CBS4) – A homeowner was asleep when a driver smashed into his back yard early Wednesday morning.
The crash took place near West Evans Avenue and Federal Boulevard.

The driver hit a small steel pole and split it into two, took out the fence, hit a trailer parked in the back yard and likely destroyed a separate garage or shed at the end of the property. The scene afterwards resembled damage from a windstorm.
