Building for Liquor Mart in Boulder sells for $9 million

Boulder’s Liquor Mart has sold its real estate holdings to W.W. Reynold’s company for a reported $9 million but will maintain its operations at the same downtown location.
“We will continue to run the company and we look forward to serving the community,” said General Manager Cardene Otsuka.
The store, which has been operating in Boulder since 1968, has a prominent ownership group which includes Bob Charles and former University of Colorado Athletic Director Dick Tha
