San Francisco 49er running back Jarryd Hayne has taken an unusual route to the NFL.Hayne has played professional rugby in his native Australia for the past 9 years.He decided to give the NFL a try and the 49ers signed him as a free agent this offseason.In two preseason games, Hayne is averaging a startling 21.6 yards per punt return and has led the Niners in rushing yards in both of games.
