Broncos meet with free-agent DT Earl Mitchell

Less than two months after sitting on the other side of the table as the Broncos’ guest of honor, Vance Joseph got to return the favor.
The new head coach, along with general manager John Elway and defensive line coach Bill Kollar, dined with free-agent defensive tackle Earl Mitchell on Wednesday evening. Mitchell returned to the team’s facility Thursday morning to meet with some coaches, a visit that is said to have gone well, according to a source.
