Broncos Donald Stephenson, Virgil Green suffer calf injuries, leave in walking boots

Two of the Broncos offensive starters, right tackle Donald Stephenson and tight end Virgil Green, suffered left calf injuries in Denver’s 34-20 victory over Indianapolis on Sunday afternoon.
Stephenson left the game in the first quarter after injuring his left calf. He said he believes it occurred when running back C.J. Anderson accidentally kicked him on a 2-yard run  in the first quarter. He limped off the field with the help of trainers and his calf was heavily wrapped. He did not
