Brandon Marshall Stands For National Anthem In Oakland
OAKLAND, Calif. (CBS4) – Broncos linebacker Brandon Marshall has knelt during the national anthem before every game he’s played in this season.
Marshall said he says he did so to protest social injustice in America.
Ahead of Sunday night’s game in Oakland, though, Marshall said he’d stand during the anthem for the rest of the season.
“Not because everything is perfect, or because I’m changing my stance on things,” Marhsall posted to Instagram.
