Boy Tells Police He Escaped From Potential Kidnapper

FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4)– A 12-year-old boy told police a man tried to kidnap him as he was playing in Fort Collins. The boy was able to break free and run away.
Deputies with the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office say a man hiding behind a tree grabbed the boy’s wrist on Tuesday evening and pulled the child towards him.The boy said he was looking for his siblings in the wooded area just south of the railroad tracks near Boxelder Creek and west of the 200 block of Camino Del Mun
