Boulder reduces greenhouse emissions by 5.2 percent between 2005-2015

Boulder reduced its community greenhouse gas emissions by 5.2 percent between 2005, when a baseline level was taken, and 2015, city officials said. The progress is magnified because the reduction happened during a time of economic and population growth, city officials said.
