(CBS4)– Police in Boulder are targeting kids who do something good by giving them tickets.The Boulder Police Department is teaming up with Boulder Parks and Recreation to celebrate good behavior through a program called Boulder Stars.Officers will issue stars to children ages 3 to 18, caught in the act of doing something good.
