Boulder coroner: Driver of car that crashed into pond near U.S. 36 drowned

The Boulder County Coroner's Office ruled that the driver who wasfound in a pond near U.S. 36 and Foothills Parkway in November died after drowning and had been drinking prior to crashing his car.
