Body found underwater in car identified as missing Fort Lupton man

The Weld County Coroner has identified the body of a man found Wednesday underwater in a car as that of the man reported missing to the Fort Lupton police in December.
His death is the subject of an ongoing investigation by the Colorado State Patrol.
