Blood Trail Leads To Attempted Robbery Suspect

AURORA, Colo. (CBS4) – Shots were fired during an attempted robbery of an armored truck in Aurora on Monday morning.
Officers arrested one suspect after following his blood trail from the bank to a nearby apartment complex.

Police rushed to the Wells Fargo bank at 999 South Sable Boulevard just before 8 a.m. after a Hispanic male held up an armored truck outside the bank. Gunfire was exchanged between the suspect and a Brinks security guard who was with the truck.
