Beetle Kill Logs At Center Of New Sculpture At DIA

DENVER (CBS4)– Installation on a new outdoor sculpture at Denver International Airport began on Thursday. The art will be near the entrance of the new transit center.
The installation titled “Shadow Array” features more than 230 beetle kill spruce logs from southern Colorado.
The display will arc around the train platform and use sunlight to create light and shadow patterns.“Shadow Array” art installation at DIA (credit: CBS)
