Babysitter Accused Of Attempted 1st Degree Murder

FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4)– A babysitter has been arrested, accused of attempted first-degree murder on a child and child abuse.Police arrested Caleb Collins on Monday nearly two weeks after the child that was in his care was seriously injured.Collins, 24, contacted police in Fort Collins on June 30 to report that he had accidentally dropped the 7-month-old infant he was babysitting. The baby was rushed to Medical Center of the Rockies and then later to Children’s Hospital in Aurora.
