Authorities Assist Military Team On Longs Peak

ROCKY MOUNTAIN NATIONAL PARK, Colo. (CBS4) – Helicopter evacuation efforts are underway for a military team associated with Fort Carson that ran into problems during a training exercise on Longs Peak.
The National Park Service said on Friday afternoon they are helping the group of what was originally reported as being 10 people.
