Aurora theater shooting victims cite security flaws as civil trial opens

On the night that a gunman attacked the Century Aurora 16 cineplex, the theater had no armed guards on duty, no security cameras monitoring the backside of the complex, no alarms on its exit doors and no perimeter patrols in place to watch for danger, an attorney for several victims of the attack said Tuesday.
