At One Point 290,000 Were Without Power, No 911 In Estes Valley

DENVER (CBS4) – Xcel Energy crews have been working hard to restore power knocked out by the spring blizzard.
According to Mark Stutz with Xcel Energy, at one point on Wednesday they had 290,000 sustained outages due to the storm. As of 9:30 p.m. about 51,500 were still in the dark.
