Arvada Plaza's final tenants leaving this weekend to make way for new Walmart

Chuck Sartor, the owner of model train hobby shop 'O'nly 3 Rail, was one of the final retailers leaving the Arvada Plaza this week, finishing the string of vacancies that began in late 2013 after council voted inJuly for a developer to demolish and redevelop the site for a Walmart and other businesses.
