Arrest Made In Connection With Hit & Run Of Jogger In Highlands Ranch

HIGHLANDS RANCH, Colo. (CBS4) – Deputies in Douglas County have made an arrest in connection with a hit-and-run that seriously injured a jogger on a sidewalk in Highlands Ranch early Tuesday morning.
According to the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office, Markus Lide, 32, of Highlands Ranch was taken into custody Wednesday afternoon. He’s facing a single felony charge of accident resulting in serious bodily injury. Other possible charges could be brought later.
