Armed Carjacking Leads To Deadly Officer-Involved Shooting

AURORA, Colo. (CBS4) – One man is dead after an armed carjacking led to a pursuit and officer-involved shooting in Aurora.
Officers responded to an armed carjacking at Wendy’s just before midnight Tuesday at East Colfax Avenue and Chambers Road.
A pursuit was then authorized and officers chased the stolen suspect vehicle, a white Jeep Grand Cherokee, to the 7700 block of South Quatar Court, just south of E-470.
