Appeals court upholds Ex-New Mexico sheriff conviction

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) — A federal appeals court in Denver has upheld the conviction of a former New Mexico sheriff accused of pulling a gun on a motorist and striking him with his badge.
