Apartment Owners Cited After Turning 2-Bedrooms Into 4-Bedrooms

BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4)– The City of Boulder has cited the owners of an apartment building for several violations after modifications were made after inspection that also left privacy among residents in question.
The owners of the Sterling University Peaks Apartments have been issued 184 citations of building code violations. Each charge carries a fine of $1,000.
