Another Request To Unseal Details In Planned Parenthood Attack

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (CBS4)– There is a new request for the judge to unseal the details in last month’s Planned Parenthood attack in Colorado Springs.
An attorney for the Associated Press said there is no reason to keep arrest and search warrants sealed more than two weeks after the shooting.
Robert Lewis Dear is facing 179 charges including first-degree murder, attempted murder, and assault in the shooting that left three dead and nine others wounded.
