Alcohol Believed To Be Factor In Fatal Crash Into Pond Near CU

BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) – The Colorado State Patrol now says they suspect alcohol was a factor after a man was found dead in his car submerged in a pond in Boulder.

Last Sunday a jogger noticed a car in a pond near the University of Colorado campus and called police. Rescue divers ended up finding Andrew Hector MacLean, 37, dead inside his vehicle.
