AG Action Forces 123 Mountain To Halt Internet Sales

FRISCO, Colo. (CBS4) – A Summit County judge has forbidden Colorado outdoor retailer 123Mountain from selling its products online.
On Wednesday, Judge Terry Ruckriegle granted a temporary injunction filed by Colorado Attorney General Cynthia Coffman. The move follows hundreds of consumer complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau and other online review sites.
