A Snowy Weekend for the Mountains; Dry In Denver

DENVER (CBS4) – Scattered snow showers or freezing drizzle just scattered around the metro area early this morning – heavier snow was found to the east. Skies even cleared during the afternoon hours over Denver as the high rose to 45 at the airport and 47 degrees downtown. Winter Storm Warnings and Winter Weather Advisories continue for most mountain locations until early Sunday morning.
