A Line Trains Inspected After Issues With Philly Rail Cars

DENVER (CBS4)– The heavy commuter rail train cars used for RTD’s A Line are being inspected after similar model cars in Philadelphia were taken out of service.
The A Line uses cars similar to Philadelphia’s Silverliner V and also made by Hyundai Rotem Co. Structural problems with the cars in Philly were discovered Friday night and 120 cars were pulled out of service.
