5 Children, 3 Adults Treated For Smoke In Apartment Fire

GREELEY, Colo. (CBS4) – Three adults and five children had to be treated for smoke inhalation on Thursday morning after a fire broke out at an apartment building in Greeley.(credit: CBS)
Crews had to cut a hole in the roof to keep the flames from spreading, and they had to help one person get to safety.
The building is located on the 1100 block of 12th Avenue in the downtown Greeley area. The fire started just after 7 a.m.
