4-Year-Old Sole Survivor Hospitalized In Train Vs. Van Crash

TRINIDAD, Colo. (CBS4) – A 4-year-old girl was the sole survivor of a crash that killed her family when a train struck a vehicle near Trinidad Sunday morning.
Heidi Miller was flown to Children’s Hospital in Aurora after the crash. She remained in serious condition on Monday morning.
The Colorado State Patrol said the crash occurred on Las Animas County Road 32, approximately 3.miles north of Trinidad just before 10 a.m. Sunday.
