2nd Suspect In Fatal Westminster Crash Arrested

WESTMINSTER, Colo. (CBS4) – Police in Westminster have arrested a 19-year-old man who escaped earlier this week after he and another man allegedly stole a pickup truck and caused a fatal crash as they were trying to drive away from officers.

Ignacio Paul Daigle was arrested on Friday evening.
The incident happened on Tuesday evening and killed Jessica Holman, 33, of Thornton. Holman had been with family members and was driving to buy dinner
