20th Street Bridge Closed For Emergency Repairs

DENVER (CBS4)– The 20th Street Bridge over Interstate 25 was closed Friday afternoon for emergency repairs to a damaged expansion joint.Crews with the Colorado Department of Transportation began repairs immediately. The bridge is expected to remain closed until after 8 p.m. Friday.
CDOT believes the increased traffic associated with the Colorado Avalanche-Detroit Red Wings Alumni game at Coors Field will be impacted by the closure. Copter4 flew over the 20th Street Bridge at I-25 on Friday
