2 Young Women Hide, Escape From Suspect In SWAT Situation

DENVER (CBS4) – A man suspected of attempting to steal a vehicle prompted a SWAT response in Denver after barricading himself in a residence Wednesday afternoon.
Denver police investigated an attempted auto theft in the 1200 block of Mariposa Street just before noon. Shortly after, one male suspect was found to be barricading himself in a home in the 1300 block of Lipan Street.
