2 Rescued From House Fire That Forced Firefighters To Change Tactic

DENVER (CBS4) – Two people had to be rescued from a house engulfed in fire on Federal Boulevard early Monday morning.
Firefighters received the call at approximately 2:30 a.m. and worked to keep the fire contained to the house near Viking Park.
The fire began in the attic though the cause is unknown. The home has been deemed a total loss and suffered partial collapse of the roof.
Two people were escorted out of the home and one taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
