2 Men To Be Formally Charged With Arson For Role In Wildfire

BOULDER COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) – The two men suspected of starting the Cold Springs wildfire that has burned 528 acres and destroyed eight homes will be in court Wednesday to be formally charged.
Zack Kuykendall and Jimmy Suggs were arrested Sunday for failing to properly extinguish their campfire, which was found to be the source of the Cold Springs Fire.
Earlier in the week, bond was set for both men, who prosecutors deemed a flight risk, at $150,000 and $200,000. The two are from Ala
