2 Men Go After Dogs Attacking Postal Carrier

LONGMONT, Colo. (CBS4)– Two men armed with a shovel and a trowel went after three dogs that were attacking a postal carrier.
Earl Tilford raced up the block when three dogs, Bowser, Onyx and Clover, escaped from their yard and tackled the postal worker making his rounds through the Longmont neighborhood.
Tilford’s neighbor Jim Peeples joined in to thwart the attack. Tilford was armed with a trowel and Peeples had a shovel.
