WESTCLIFFE, Colo. (CBS4)– The Junkins Fire consumed another home on Monday night or early Tuesday morning. Fire crews made the discover on Tuesday shortly before the 10 a.m. news conference update on the wildfire.
The fire was reported before dawn Monday east of the small town of Westcliffe near the Rocky Mountain foothills and continued to burn unchecked in Custer and Pueblo Counties in Southern Colorado.
