2 Arrrested After Senior Carjacked, Shots Fired During Police Chase

AURORA, Colo. (CBS4)– A senior man was the victim of a carjacking on Thursday afternoon according to neighbors who witnessed it.Neighbors told CBS4’s Suzanne McCarroll that the senior man was the victim of a carjacking in the 13700 block of E. Rice Place about 1:25 p.m.There was a police pursuit and a detective struck the suspect vehicle head-on. Both the detective and suspect have minor injuries from the collision. Shots were fired but no one was hit by the gunfire.
