2 Arrested, Accused Of Stealing Mail, Packages

LOUISVILLE, Colo. (CBS4)– Police arrested a man and a woman they believe is responsible for mail and package theft after they were caught red handed.Investigators say Mathew Vigil and Morgan Perry were stealing packages and mail from porches and mailboxes and when they were caught, had numerous pieces of mail and packages from a number of different addresses in their vehicle.
