1 Person Shot During Robbery, Gypsum Schools On Lockout

GYPSUM, Colo. (CBS4) – One person was shot in the chest during a robbery in Gypsum on Friday afternoon. All schools in the town were placed on lockout while police searched for two suspects.
The shooting happened near Red Hill Elementary in Gypsum just before 1 p.m. at the Tienda Montes restaurant.
The victim was conscious and breathing when rushed to the hospital by ambulance.
All schools were placed on lock out and parents asked to stay away from the schools. A community alert went out t
