Bob Baumann, owner of Edward Baumann Clothiers in Addison, often will wrap up lunch at 1:15 p.m. and not schedule his next appointment until 3 p.m. During that 1 ½ hour span he can be found in a parking lot, likely in the backseat of his 2014 Mercedes S-Class 550. “I’ll just sit there, collecting my thoughts or making notes, because the second I get (in to work) it’s like I’m on stage.
