Walmart recalls camp axes due to injury risk

Walmart Inc. (NYSE: WMT) and the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission have issued a recall of roughly 246,000 Ozark Trail camp axes due to potential injury risk.
The recall, issued on Wednesday, comes after the commission received two reports of axe heads detaching from the handle of the product, resulting in what the group called "minor cuts and abrasions" for the users. Bentonville, Arkansas-based Walmart has removed the noted product from its website and is offering a full refund for the&h
