Vision for big Dallas riverfront project comes into focus

The 40-acre 505 Riverfront development attempting to link downtown Dallas with the planned Trinity River park would include one of Dallas’ largest shopping centers, office and apartment towers, and hotels.The project’s developers will commit to providing housing in the development for people with a mix of incomes, and in exchange will seek financial incentives from the city, the developers said at a Friday morning meeting of the Urban Design Peer Review Panel.
