Tyler Technologies keeps acquisition machine humming with another deal

Tyler Technologies is keeping its checkbook open.
The Plano-based software provider for local governments said Tuesday it has acquired CaseloadPro, a Modesto, California-based company that offers digital tools for managing probation cases, according to a prepared statement. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The acquisition will help bolster Tyler's courts and justice division. It is the second-largest unit at the company, contributing about 18 percent of sales, according to an investor prese
