Two Texas accounting firms acquire other practices

A Houston-based accounting firm is entering the Dallas-Fort Worth market with its Feb. 1 acquisition, the same day that a Fort Worth-based accounting firm acquired a Houston tax practice. In the first deal, Houston-based Calvetti Ferguson is opening a Dallas office with the acquisition of Holden & Parker.
