To save money, Lockheed Martin's F-35 program wants more funding up front
The leader of Lockheed Martin's F-35 program has an idea to cut costs: pay more now, save later.This comes from an interview Jeff Babione, the general manager of the F-35 program for Lockheed Martin Corp. (NYSE: LMT), gave the Wall Street Journal.
