Tim Headington finishes up his latest downtown Dallas project

Billionaire and Dallas businessman Tim Headington has finished his latest redevelopment downtown Dallas, with the $20 million renovation of the five-story, 28,000-square-foot historic brick building to house an urban-style commissary serving up espresso, croissants and general market goods.This marks the completion of a year-long construction project to give the 60-year-old building a modern facelift, bringing a new architectural landmark to Dallas, said Paul Driscoll, CEO of Richardson-based Hi
